RIH3000R Remote Island Head

The RIH3000R interfaces with a System Controller to monitor and control multiple fluid hoses at a service location. Three operating modes adapt the same platform to different facility workflows.

Mode 1

Transit Service Lane

One controller manages the lane's dispensers and fluid reels. Vehicle, employee, and mileage data can be captured electronically or entered at the keypad. Authorized fluid lines unlock together so all quantities are recorded against the vehicle.

Mode 2

Service Island

Operators select an individual hose, complete the required identification steps, and unlock that hose. Multiple vehicles can be serviced from different hoses around the island at the same time.

Mode 3

Data Collector

Without requiring a System Controller, the unit captures vehicle and employee information and prompts staff to enter fuel and fluid quantities through the keypad before resetting for the next transaction.

Detailed Vehicle Data

Capture vehicle ID, mileage, engine hours, idle hours, observable data, minimum/maximum data, and diagnostic codes using compatible vehicle data loggers.

Mileage and Hours

Speedometer-tap and GPS mileage modules can provide vehicle identification, mileage, engine hours, and idle hours.

Vehicle and Employee ID

Support onboard computer interfaces, RFID key fobs, and card readers using magnetic stripe, barcode, or Wiegand-wire technologies.

FR200 & Mobile Receivers

Receivers electronically collect vehicle ID, life-to-date mileage, and coded device data from compatible Fleetwatch recorders. The information can feed mileage reports directly or combine with fuel, fluid, and employee data for a complete time-stamped transaction record.

SRF55 Vehicle Detector

The ultrasonic SRF55 detects vehicle presence where optical detectors may not be suitable. After automatically learning the floor distance, it senses a vehicle entering and leaving its field of view, then triggers the system reset to close the transaction.

Fleetwatch RIH3000RS remote station

RIH3000RS Remote Station

A remote keypad and display—with optional card-reader support—that extends control of an RIH3000R to locations where direct access to the primary Remote Island Head is inconvenient.
