PRODUCT FEATURES

FLEETWATCH® Receivers allow the user to unlock the full potential of our line of radio frequency vehicle identification and mileage tracking devices. When used in conjunction with FLEETWATCH® mileage devices, the receivers allow for fully electronic transfer of vehicle ID and mileage. The data from the receiver may also be transferred directly into a FLEETWATCH® Fuel/Fluid Management System where it can be combined with fuel/fluids & employee data resulting in a totally electronic time stamped transaction record. FLEETWATCH® Receivers free your servicing staff from time-consuming and error-prone manual data entry and allows them to concentrate on what they do best.
 
MR392 Mobile Receiver

The Model 392 Electronic Trip Recorder automatically counts and records each revolution of the vehicle’s wheel. It uses this data and a tire factor (revolutions per mile for specific tire size) to electronically calculate the distance the vehicle has traveled.

When the Model 392 receives a beacon signal from a receiving unit, it transmits the preprogrammed vehicle number, the life-to-date mileage of the vehicle, and coded data, including information on the status of the battery powering the unit, to the receiver.

Several receivers are available for the Model 392 Electronic Trip Recorder. These may be used alone or two or more receiver options may be used in conjunction to create the most reliable data collection option depending upon the installation environment.
HA392 Hand Activated Receiver

The Model HA392 Handheld Receiver is a semi-portable, hand-held receiver unit designed to capture information from a Model 392 Electronic Trip Recorder within a limited area. With the HA392, the service attendant holds the unit near (typically witihn 24") the Model 392 Electronic Trip Recorder or GP92/GPT-3 Transceiver Unit and presses the read button.
 
Integration with Fluid Management System

The FLEETWATCH® FMS with RF Receivers can eliminate time-consuming, error-prone manual data entry. FLEETWATCH® Receivers allow vehicle identification and mileage data to be transferred electronically directly into a FLEETWATCH® Fuel/Fluid Management System where it is combined with fuel/fluids, employee and time data. The result is a totally electronic time stamped transaction record. This information fed into the FLEETWATCH® SYSTEMController creates a state-of-the-art management tool which can achieve annual cost reductions in commodity, vehicle component, and service expenses as well as payroll. Intangible benefits include reduced employee turnover and better public image.
